Giving Tuesday
Hi Friends!
Self-care and community go hand in hand.
Mother Lands is a resolution to generations of injustice to Mother, to children, to women and to our feminine principles- the energetic feminine aspect in everyone (male, female and every pronoun or identity in between).
The reason this endeavor is needed:
To provide preventative solutions to women in potentially oppressive conditions -where one finds herself powerless under some type of abuse, dominance, or control.
To provide alternative solutions to the child support law -rather than fighting in a biased court system, Mothers can thrive without being tied to the financial support of an abusive father or government entity.
To give women a sense of self-agency and empowerment without having to become dominant, controlling or competitive to survive or be co-dependent on a partner who is controlling, dominant or competitive.
To lift our single Mothers (and isolated families) up and out of poverty through the resurrection of prosperous, self-sustaining villages.
If you feel this injustice deep in your bones or if you know this injustice exists genetically, I ask for your support to this endeavor in any way you can -wether it be a simple “like and share”, a donation of money, a donation of time, expertise, experience or service, whatever you wish to provide to make this a reality on the ground-it is all welcome.
My current focus is finding the best person (an architect or graphic designer) that will work with me on a specific design for a visual on paper- a drawing, a 3D rendering, a graphic-
We need a visual representation of Mother Lands so we have something we can see to work towards.
So far, I have been quoted $2500-$3000 for this design rendering.

The first village/foundation (the village itself will be both for-profit and non-profit) WILL BE IN (or around) Santa Fe, New Mexico.
So it will be Pueblo style-
Imagine…
Late 1800’s, early 1900’s, 1920’s (Pueblo style)
Cobblestone walkways
Street lamps lit by oil
The sound of horse hooves and carriages on cobblestone or donkeys pulling carts
The smell of fireplaces burning piñon
The sound of Shutters on the houses flapping gently in the wind
Windows with hook locks or click locks that open out like doors (with screens)
Window “sky box” sanctuary with views of storms in the distance and quiet snows over the mountains
A sunset creating ambient shadows on the walls
Waking to the sound of wildlife and birds chirping
Sleeping to the sound of a coyote howling from far away
Grandmas cackling midday on the porch in swings
Folks chatting with each other from their windows
Dancing and Drumming circles around a bonfire in the plaza
Meditation, yoga in the gardens
Children playing, riding around on bikes and trikes
A Milkman (even nut milk) delivering milk to your door
An Egg man delivering fresh eggs to the basket on your doorstep
The return of landline telephones, paper, pens, the art of writing letters and telegrams with wax seals, a messenger who delivers them,
A butler, maid, chef, governess and nanny services to guests
Childcare and nature adventures for mothers on retreat or in postpartum care
Birthing centers and postpartum retreat
Horse Stables, equine therapy, hiking trails, canoeing down the river watching for birds…
Homes designed to face towards each other instead of having our backs to each other.
Specialty shops (for tourists and guests) along the bottom floors like England Villages (except pueblo style)
A Cobbler, seamstress/tailor, spices, weaver, potter, breads/cheeses, apothecary, blacksmith, coffee/tea/pastries, cafe, restaurant (that gives delivery service), recovery spa/healing center with a small boutique hotel etc…
(All sources of income to sustain the village)
A Plaza (center space) where folks meet and gather - maybe you will find someone speaking on a soap box or performing arts
Food gardens
Outdoor/indoor School
Strings of lights across the plaza and dancing
Laundry lines on wheels/pully system (building to building)
Personal courtyards with salt pools
A pottery, weaving crafting space for workshops
Simplicity
Inspiration
Laughter
Freedom
And remember: If this one is not the one you want to live in, once this one gets on the ground- it will build the next one, then those 2 will build the next 2, so forth and so on…eventually, there will be a village in your area.
